Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience managing front desk responsibilities .
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk
- Answering phones: transferring calls, answering general inquries and also credit card payments
- Retrieving, opening and distributing mail
- Typing various correspondence including letters to Canada Revenue Agency and invoices to clients
- Arranging couriers for various documents
- Various filing duties including, maintaining and organizing filing cabinets for partners, filing documents in client files when complete and preparing files for new clients/existing clients as required
- Compiling personal tax return packages and mailing to clients once returns complete and electroncially filed
- Proofread, check adds, formatting and edit completed draft financial statements. Print and bind final financial statements
- Print letters and documents
- Enter timesheets into time system as required
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
