We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales, telemarketing, and marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet both client needs and company objectives
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads
- Engage in inside sales activities by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering appropriate solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to sales efforts
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and strategic partnerships
Experience
- Proven experience in sales roles such as inside sales, technical sales, or business development, preferably in technology or B2B markets
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience with marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and customer service excellence
- Ability to understand complex technical products or services and convey their value effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
