Charlie Agency has been retained to recruit a Material Coordinator for a well-established local manufacturing company. Known for its precision-driven, high-volume production and its genuinely supportive team culture, this proudly Canadian employer is in a period of strong growth and values resourcefulness, quality, and people who take real ownership of their work.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll keep production moving by staying ahead of shortages, safeguarding inventory accuracy, and being the person who finds a solution when a supplier falls through.
