Summit Search Group is proud to partner with our long standing client to hire an experienced Equipment Operator Farm Worker to join their team near Woodlands, Manitoba.
Our client is a well-established, family-owned grain operation located just 45 minutes north of Winnipeg near Stonewall. They are currently seeking experienced operators who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining equipment, and are looking for either seasonal, full-time, or permanent employment.
What You'll Do
- Operate modern farm equipment, including GPS-guided machinery
- Perform general field operations and farm work
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
- Support seeding, spraying, harvest, and other seasonal activities
- Provide leadership in field operations (an asset)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating agricultural equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Experience with GPS technology is an asset
- Farming background with a hands-on approach to work
- Supervisory or lead-hand experience is considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
