Located at: 1302 Sparrow Drive, Nisku Alberta. 5 mins from Edmonton International Airport.
Job duties:
- Direct, organize and supervise shuttle drivers to pick-up customers from various locations.
- Direct and supervise valet drivers to retrieve customer vehicles from the lot;
- Prepare customer vehicle when customer arrives back (moving of customer vehicle in the parking lot)
- Calmly and respectfully handle customer questions or complaints that cashiers may not be able to answer.
- Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Train and assist new cashiers and demonstrate proper procedures.
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of company policies.
- Reconcile cash, checks or credit card payments.
- Ensure register/counter areas are clean.
- Ensure work area has sufficient supplies.
- Responsible for cash drawers at the beginning of each shift.
- Ensure cash, check, credit, and debit card transaction records are accurate; and
- Submit daily activity reports to managers at the end of each shift.
Job Requirement:
- have a minimum class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- be able to work outside in winter conditions
- be able to work weekdays, weekends
- Flexible for Day and night shifts
- have very good written and oral communication skills in English
- have professionalism in customer service
- are computer literate in windows, texting, and email
Payrate:
Earn upto $18.50/hour {$17.50/hr base + $1/hr TIPS}.
Pay period: Biweekly
Tips: Tips are added directly to the pay cheque once a month after the month has ended.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$18.25 per hour
