Job Title: E-commerce & Digital Growth Specialist (Shopify & Google Ads)

Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Growth Specialist to manage and scale our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and has a strong background in Shopify, digital marketing, and performance optimization.
You will be responsible for driving online sales, improving customer experience, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
- Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Continuously improve website design, navigation, and conversion rates
- Monitor store analytics and implement performance improvements
Website Maintenance
- Ensure the website is updated, secure, and functioning efficiently
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize site speed and responsiveness
Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Manage budgets and improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
SEO & Traffic Growth
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic
- Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content
Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email campaigns, including segmentation and automation
- Analyze performance and optimize engagement and conversions
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms
- Drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics across all channels
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Mobile App Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating the existing mobile app codebase
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Solid understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to Mississauga or relocate before starting
- Shopify experience (minimum 3 years) is required
