SoniDent is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Canadian dental market. This role combines inside sales with field-based business development, including visits to dental clinics, customer follow-up, product presentations, and participation in educational and industry events.
If you have strong sales experience, enjoy building long-term customer relationships, and are comfortable developing new business, we would like to hear from you. Experience with dental equipment and materials is an asset; candidates with strong sales ability and a willingness to learn the dental industry are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, opportunities, and customer inquiries to support closing sales.
· Maintain accurate customer records, visit notes, requests, opportunities, and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
· Conduct follow-up calls and visits to support customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
· Develop assigned sales territories and contribute to measurable sales and account growth.
· Attend company-sponsored workshops, courses, exhibitions, trade shows, and other events as required.
· Work collaboratively with the SoniDent team to support customers before and after the sale.
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 years of sales experience; B2B, B2C, territory, or outside sales experience is preferred.
· Dental equipment/material knowledge or previous dental/medical sales experience is an asset, but not mandatory for a strong candidate willing to learn.
· Strong relationship-building, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
· Ability to learn technical products and communicate their value clearly to dental professionals.
· Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining disciplined sales follow-up.
· Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend courses and events when required.
· Valid driver’s licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
· Good working knowledge of basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and online business tools.
· Strong online research skills with the ability to monitor market trends, competitors, products, pricing, potential customers, and new business opportunities.

· Competitive base pay plus uncapped sales commission.
· Commission paid in addition to base compensation, based on eligible sales.
· Mileage/travel expenses for approved business travel will be reimbursed based on an agreed rate.
· Health care.
· Paid time off.
· Casual dress.
· Company events, product training, and opportunities to participate in dental education programs and industry events.
