Mill Creek Painters is hiring a skilled Cabinet & Fine Finish Spray Technician.

This is not a general house painting position. We are looking for an experienced professional who specializes in cabinet finishing, staining, and vertical spray applications.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Spray finishing cabinets, railings, millwork, and trim
- Spray staining and toning wood surfaces
- Vertical spraying (on-site cabinet systems, railings, built-ins)
- Working with WB 1&2K lacquers, conversion varnish, and stains
- Masking, prep, sanding, and surface prep to fine-finish standards
- Maintaining clean spray setups and equipment (HVLP / Airless )
Required Experience (Please Do Not Apply Without This)
- 3+ years of cabinet or fine-finish spray experience
- Proven experience spray staining cabinets and railings
- Experience spraying vertical surfaces without runs or heavy texture
- Knowledge of proper prep for stain-grade and paint-grade wood
- Ability to match stain colors and understand wood grain behavior
- Comfortable working in both shop and on-site environments
