HVAC Service Technician
Calgary, AB | Full-Time | $30–$45/hr | Company Vehicle + RRSP + Benefits
Legacy Heating & Cooling is Alberta's fastest-growing HVAC & Plumbing contractor, and we're growing our Residential Service team. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, providing exceptional customer service, and taking pride in quality workmanship. Your Role
· Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and other HVAC equipment
· Complete scheduled service calls efficiently and professionally
· Perform preventative maintenance and annual inspections
· Troubleshoot HVAC systems and recommend repair or replacement options
· Collect payment upon completion of service when required
· Complete digital work orders accurately
· Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
· Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Represent Legacy professionally with every customer interaction
What You Bring
· Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic, Journeyman Sheet Metal, Journeyman Gasfitter, or equivalent HVAC experience
· Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
· Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
· Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- HVAC Service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Refrig/AC Mech ticket (preferred)
- Sheetmetal ticket (preferred)
- Alberta Drivers License (preferred)
