Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard/Crowd Controller to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring activities, managing crowd control, and maintaining a secure environment during events or daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention is highly desirable.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
- Control access points by verifying identification and managing entry/exit procedures.
- Manage crowd flow during events or busy periods, ensuring orderly conduct and safety.
- Document incidents accurately in reports and maintain detailed logs of daily activities.
- Enforce rules and policies related to safety standards.
- Assist visitors and staff with directions or inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Experience
- Prior experience in nightclub security
- Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and crowd management strategies is beneficial.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
