Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as an Apprentice Carpenter. In this role, you will work closely with experienced carpenters, learning the trade through hands-on experience and on-the-job training. You will gain valuable skills in various aspects of carpentry, including framing, finishing, and renovation work.
Pay: $22.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Responsibilities
● Assist journeyman carpenters in all aspects of construction projects.
● Learn and apply basic carpentry techniques, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
● Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions from supervisors.
● Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
● Clean and maintain tools and work areas.
● Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a recognized carpentry apprenticeship program.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
● Physical ability to perform the tasks required, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
● Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle required.
