We are expanding and searching for Estheticians to join our team of dedicated health and beauty professionals.
As a passionate Skin Therapist with strong sales ability, you have the ability to address all clients skincare needs and customize their treatments accordingly. Retail sales, upselling, recommendations and client interaction comes naturally to you, as you deliver the highest level of customer service.
You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND BEHAVIOUR
You have:
An Esthetics certificate from a recognized Canadian school, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, common sense, enthusiasm, a high customer service standard and exceptional work ethic and the ability to work with a lot of autonomy.
You are:
Friendly, caring, upbeat, wonderful at giving high quality facials, reliable, punctual, good with time management, well groomed, willing to learn, a team player, good at selling retail products for in home use, willing to work some evenings, and at least 1 week-end shift per week.
You will be:
Providing clients with top quality facials and hair removal treatments in a supportive and pleasant work environment; promoting quality products and services; following all safety and hygienic procedures during and after services; maintaining accurate and complete records. Laundry and cleaning maintenance is required.
Key Qualifications:
- Professionally trained and certified Esthetician with laser hair removal experience
- Strong communication, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Strong retailing and sales skills
- Proficient with Point-of-sale and booking software
- Mature, dedicated and reliable
- Professional skincare product knowledge
- Excels at performing facials, peels, and waxing
- Experience with Oxygeneo, microdermabrasion, LED, Pro Pen, and dermaplaning
- Cooperative and flexible
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$40.00 per hour
