We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking individuals for General Labour – Cannabis opportunities with one of our valued clients in Leamington, Ontario.
In this role, you will support daily cannabis production operations through packaging, labeling, product inspection, sanitation, and quality control. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment and understand the importance of following established procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

What You'll Be Doing
- Package, label, inspect, and prepare cannabis products according to company procedures and applicable Health Canada requirements
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Prepare packaging materials, supplies, and workstations for daily production
- Review labels, product information, and batch documentation for accuracy
- Perform repetitive general labour and production duties throughout the shift
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, workstations, and production areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready work environment
- Properly wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support packaging, inspection, sanitation, quality control, and other production activities as assigned
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, production, packaging, food production, or cannabis production is considered an asset
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and production procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including masks, respirators, gloves, hairnets, and hearing protection
- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Available to work overtime when required
- Reliable transportation is required, as the facility in Leamington is not accessible by public transit
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
- Cannabis industry experience is an asset, but candidates with transferable manufacturing or production experience are also encouraged to apply
