Your mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measuring tapes and calipers will be key to delivering reliable products that meet rigorous standards
Duties
- Hose Cutting and Assembly
- Shipping and receiving
- Operate forklifts safely to handle materials and components within the warehouse setting.
- Measure parts precisely with calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and function.
- Follow manufacturing procedures to assemble hoses efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of assembled hoses for defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
Experience
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with calipers for precise measurements and understanding of manufacturing quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to hose manufacturing is an asset.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transport to Ayr
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- CSA-approved work boots.
- Punctual & team-oriented
