Front of House Staff
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our tight knit staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized under pressure, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, both in person and over the phone.
- Pack customer orders carefully, ensuring all items, sides, sauces, and extras are included.
- Work in a small but highly organized space
- Handle cash, debit/credit transactions, and maintain an accurate cash register.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and orders.
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company procedures at all times.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is strongly preferred, along with reliable transportation to and from work.
