Snip & Style Salon is a modern, upscale salon located in the heart of Etobicoke. We specialize in delivering high-end hair and beauty services in a stylish, welcoming environment. We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a talented Hair color expert who is passionate about color, treatments, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Perform professional hair coloring services including balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, global color, toning, color corrections, and creative color transformations
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hair color goals and recommend suitable color techniques and treatments
- Mix and apply hair color formulas with precision and attention to detail
- Assess hair condition and recommend aftercare products and maintenance plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Stay up to date with the latest hair color trends, techniques, and products
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized care
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Hair Color Technician or Color Specialist
- Strong expertise in balayage, highlights, blonding, color correction, root touch-ups, and toning
- Knowledge of professional hair color lines and color theory
- Licensed hairstylist
- Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about hair color artistry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bonus: Experience with keratin, nanoplastia, hair botox, or smoothing treatment

- Pay: CA$1,500 – CA$6,000/month
