We have multiple open vacancies for Metal Forming Operators at our Windsor, ON location.
Pay starting at $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Great shift premiums – 7.5% when working on the afternoon shift and 15% on the steady midnight shift.
Rotating shifts (days and afternoons) and steady Midnight shifts are available.
The Role:
As a Metal Forming Operator you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
As a Metal Forming Operator you will:

Set up, operate and monitor production machinery

Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and quality

Inspect finished products and documents production results

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate when necessary
Job Requirements:

High School diploma (or equivalent)
-
Demonstrated manufacturing experience (bonus if you have)

Mechanical aptitude
-
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Able to repetitively lift 25 pounds

Able to wear PPE (safety shoes, hearing and eye protection

Willingness to work overtime as needed
