We are seeking talented and personable Hairstylists, to join our vibrant salon team along with nail Tech and Full Esthetician This role involves providing exceptional hair styling services, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences can also be dreads, hair extensions,wash and styles, Braiding Services,
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative solutions.
- Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Experience
- Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Customer service experience is highly valued, especially in retail or salon environments.
- Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and explaining styling options clearly.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to beauty services is necessary to ensure safety standards are met.
- Experience with upselling retail products or additional services is a plus but not mandatory.
