Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. We are a retail and wholesale family business that provides our customers with agricultural products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting with various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Duties
- Assist in the fabrication of products as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Participate in order picking and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Package items securely for shipment, adhering to company guidelines for packaging standards.
- Assist in loading customer vehicles with product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. This could include but is not limited to sweeping, dusting, washing, cleaning.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy bags or packages of up to 25kg on a regular basis and stand for extended periods while performing physical tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and communication.
