We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic approaches
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for engaging with diverse markets

Pay: $25,968.00-$50,960.00 per year
