The Role: The Technical Pro
We’re looking for a Licensed Journeyperson who thrives on variety and hates "hack jobs." You won't be doing the same cookie-cutter floor plan every day.

- You’re a Pro: You can talk shop with builders, business owners, and designers while keeping your cool.
What You’ll Be Owning
- The Full Spectrum: Executing everything from high-end residential trims to light commercial systems and advanced water filtration.
- Problem Solving: Diagnosing complex service issues and providing code-compliant, elegant solutions.
- Collaboration: Working alongside other top-tier trades who actually respect what you do.
- The Standards: Maintaining an organized van, top-tier tools, and a workspace that reflects your pride in the craft.
