Job Summary
We are seeking a Red Seal Journeyman/woman Sheet Metal Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC new construction and various metalworking techniques ensuring high-quality fabrication and assembly of metal components. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication according to specifications.
- Fabricate metal parts using hand tools,
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in new home HVAC construction
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, tooling, and assembly processes is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
