Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and high-quality meal preparation.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock for food preparation.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of kitchen staff to promote professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
