Role Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to better understand their hair goals, preferences, and needs.
- Perform a variety of haircutting techniques and styling services for clients of all hair types and textures.
- Apply a range of colouring techniques and services, including custom colour applications and trend-based styles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand products in the industry and be able to confidently recommend products best suited for each client.
Role Requirements
- Completed professional hairstyling school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hair industry with strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and consultations.
- An existing clientele is preferred, with a desire to continue to grow and expand.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and professional team.
- Values ongoing education and is constantly looking to expand their skillset.
- Understands the importance of social media and self-promotion.
- Strong skills in customer service and communication.
