The Opportunity
We are seeking skilled deck builders to partner with us on a subcontractor basis. You will work on high-end residential deck projects using composite and PVC decking systems. Compensation is percentage-based on the total contract value.
What You'll Do
- Build high-end composite and PVC decks from plans and specifications
- Coordinate with our team on project timelines, materials, and client expectations
- Deliver clean, professional results that meet our quality standards
- Represent Hickory Dickory Decks with professionalism on every job site
Requirements
- Proven experience with composite and PVC decking systems (TimberTech, Azek, Clubhouse, TruNorth, Eva-Last, Etc.)
- General liability insurance (certificate of insurance required)
- Own tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Ability to read and work from blueprints or construction plans
- Reliable, professional, and communicative
Compensation
Percentage-based on total contract value — competitive rates that reflect the premium nature of our projects.
