WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Create and maintain standardized operating procedures.
- Follow processes to ensure all required manufacturing systems are documented and appropriate personnel are trained.
- Design & test process upgrades and new process systems.
- Optimize process to increase efficiency, product quality and reduce waste.
- Carry out and lead continuous improvement activities of existing manufacturing processes.
- Assist with process troubleshooting and provide support for Production, Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Own setup and maintenance of parts in SAP including material master, routing and bill of materials.
- Assist in the management of the Document Control System.
- Support project timelines and capital budget.
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
YOU HAVE:
- Technologist diploma or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ideally, proficient use of SAP and Enovia.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation (product drawings, process layouts, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required for daily interaction with internal and external personnel.
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written/verbal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Proficient use of 3D Design Softwares (AutoCad, Solidworks, etc.) preferred.
- Good understanding of machine control logic, PLC programming, and Robotic programming preferred.
- Monday-Thursday On Site, Friday Flexible to Work Remotely
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
