Healthcare Professional (RRT/RN/RPN) – Guelph, Ontario
InspiAIR has been raising the clinical standard for respiratory home care in Ontario since 2005. We're a locally owned Canadian company helping patients breathe easier and sleep better – through CPAP therapy, home oxygen, and proprietary clinical protocols built around real outcomes.
We're expanding in Guelph and looking for a motivated RRT, RN, or RPN who wants to do meaningful clinical work in the community – with the support, tools, and equipment to do it well.
What You’ll Do
- Initiate CPAP, AUTO, Bi-PAP, and home oxygen therapy as prescribed by referring healthcare professionals
- Conduct respiratory assessments in clients' homes; provide education, documentation, and follow-up
- Fit clients with appropriate mask interfaces and CPAP units; obtain informed consent
- Troubleshoot and maintain medical devices; adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Build and manage client relationships from referral through ongoing therapy
- Promote oxygen and PAP therapy services to referral sources through educational in-services and community outreach
- Prepare funding documents and maintain knowledge of funding programs (ADP, Home Oxygen Program)
- Support and mentor team members on service delivery and customer care standards
- Maintain accurate records in EMR system; prepare reports and activity logs
- Attend product and education sessions to stay current on evolving equipment and therapies
What We’re Looking For
- Current registration in good standing as an RRT, RN, or RPN with the relevant Ontario college
- Licensed to practice with the provincial governing body
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of respiratory equipment: POCs, CPAP, spirometry
- Strong cardio-respiratory assessment skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract (community-based role)
- Professional, patient-focused demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks or EMR/CRM systems is an asset
- Current Basic Rescuer CPR and First Aid is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
