Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our facilities. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including logic controllers
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractor work when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong electrical skills including the ability to weld
- Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide maintenance staff
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants and staff
