Fast paced coffee company looking for a reliable, enthusiastic team player to join our customer support and office team.
Applicant should excel in telephone manners, be personable, professionally presentable, efficient, task oriented, creative and excel in people skills.
Computer efficiency required. Previous experience with Quickbooks financial system an asset.
Previous customer support and office experience.
Should be proficient in basic math, problem solving and critical thinking.
Ability to multi task.
Duties include but are not limited to: answering the phone, calling and /or emailing over 600 wholesale customers for orders, processing customer orders, relaying messages, filing, grinding and packaging customer orders. Other duties as assigned.
Hours of work – Three days per week from 8 am-4 pm, as well as every other Saturday 7am-3 pm.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
