Responsibilities include:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and agreements to secure the most favorable terms for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documentation, and transaction records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Coordinate with property management teams and other stakeholders as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, lawyers, and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions
- Organize schedules, appointment, showings, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfactions and timely completion of tasks
Skills/Requirements:
- Valid and active Real Estate License in good standing with Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), or in the process of obtaining
- Possess strong communication skills
- Confident negotiation abilities
- Passion for all things real estate
- Bilingual or multilingual is an asset, but not required
- Customer service
- Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of property management practices is an asset
- Able to effectively use email and computer technology for everyday use communicating with clients, Crescent Team, other agents, lawyers and more
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
