Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Help with simple kitchen prep tasks as directed by the chef or supervisor
- Put away clean dishes, supplies, and deliveries in designated areas
- Take out garbage, recycling, and food waste as required
- Clean floors, work surfaces, sinks, and other kitchen areas
- Restock kitchen supplies and support smooth daily operations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned
Pay: $17.60 per hour
