The company’s products are designed in Canada, manufactured by Asian subcontractors, and sold to wholesale distributors worldwide (see www.nextfloor.net). Next Floor is experiencing rapid growth and needs to continue to grow its team.
Responsibilities:
This position involves taking ownership of the entire order to delivery cycle and offers a stimulating variety of responsibilities, including:
- Logistics
- Sales coordination
- Customer service and order entry
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:
Must speak Mandarin
- Experience in one or ideally several administrative areas such as sales administration, customer service, import/export coordination, logistics, purchasing.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially MS Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational/analytical skills and detail oriented
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to problems
- Able to multi-task and adapt to constantly shifting priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
