We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships across Canada and the Northeast United States. This remote, field-based position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys developing technical expertise, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent results within the transformer oil, dielectric fluid, and specialty fluids markets.
Account Manager – Transformer Oils & Dielectric Fluids
Location: Remote (Canada & Northeast United States)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, applications, and market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Promote transformer oils, dielectric fluids, and related specialty products
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, pricing, and competitive activity
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and account information
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve territory goals
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and customer service teams
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the chemical, transformer oil, dielectric fluid, lubricant, or specialty fluids industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and achieve revenue goals
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/software systems
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel throughout Canada and the Northeast United States
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the territory
