Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Tire Technician and Yard Hand to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional tire services, maintaining yard operations, and supporting automotive repair activities. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is a plus, along with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace commercial tires efficiently and safely
- Perform tire inspections and identify potential issues before service
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and tire mounting equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area to ensure safety standards are met
- Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment to facilitate smooth yard operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all mechanical and yard activities
- Washing and detailing vehicles
Requirements
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire mounting equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred for yard operations and transportation support
