Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Admin Assistant/Telecaller to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting telemarketing activities, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in sales and customer service, and familiarity with legal or business environments. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively serve diverse client needs. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing contacts to promote legal services and generate new business opportunities
- Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and guiding potential clients through initial processes
- Assist in business development activities by identifying potential clients and scheduling follow-up meetings
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and maintaining client records using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Engage in telemarketing campaigns focused on B2B sales, emphasizing legal solutions tailored to client needs
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate service terms and build rapport with clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of calls, interactions, and client feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles; experience in legal or technical sales is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client data
- Demonstrated ability to handle B2B sales processes effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to legal services or technology sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
