Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated HCA/Support Workers to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support clients in medication management and health monitoring as required
- Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition
- Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering trust and confidence
Requirements
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in healthcare or support work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required
- Relevant certifications such as First Aid or CPR are advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, patient, and committed to delivering quality care
Pay: From $17.90 per hour
