Job Summary
We are currently hiring a full-time Sandblaster & Painter to join our team. This role involves physically demanding work in a shop environment and requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform material handling tasks
- Operate sandblasting equipment
- Perform industrial painting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation (worksite is not accessible by public transit)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes
- Physically capable of performing demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends, as required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $21.00 – $23.00 (based on experience)
- Overtime pay in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards

- Travel allowance: $250/month

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
