Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
Requirements
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
