Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Experience in hotels or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
