Who We Are
At Gibbons Whistler, we’re all about Making People Happy. Since 1979, we’ve been the backbone of Whistler hospitality—bringing people together through unforgettable experiences.
Everything we do is rooted in our core values: Encourage Trust, Have Fun, Show Kindness, Lead with Purpose, and Commit to Excellence.
Our vision is to be the most trusted and recommended brand by our team, our guests, and the communities we serve. We’re building a great Canadian company that delivers exceptional work experiences, guest experiences, and community impact—while continuing to support Athletes, Artists, and Entrepreneurs who shape culture in the places we operate.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
The Opportunity
At The Adventure Group (TAG), we're on a mission to create spectacular experiences that lead to moments of personal growth. We're looking for a Bus Driver (Class 2 or 4) to join the team at Wedge Rafting and play a key role in delivering safe, reliable transportation between our rafting base at Cougar Mountain and Green Lake.
This is much more than a driving job—it's an opportunity to be part of our guests' adventure from the moment they step onboard. As one of the first and last people they interact with, you'll help set the tone for an unforgettable experience by providing a warm welcome, sharing helpful information about the day ahead, and ensuring every journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and understands that every interaction contributes to creating memorable outdoor experiences. If you're a confident driver with a positive attitude and a passion for the outdoors, we'd love to have you on the team.
