Job Overview
As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, geographically dispersed team supporting critical healthcare logistics services for a medically-focused transportation contract. Overseeing a fleet of 27 vehicles, 48 drivers, and 3 support staff, you will ensure the safe and reliable movement of laboratory specimens, pharmacy products, and related healthcare shipments across the region.
This position is ideal for a proven operations leader with strong people-management skills, a commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, seven-day-a-week environment.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
This position offers a starting salary of $70,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience, however, additional salary can be made available once a successful applicant has demonstration capacity to take on additional contract related responsibilities currently handled by the General Manager. In addition, our company is currently engaged in discussions regarding a potential expansion of its existing services. While any expansion remains subject to approval and final agreement, there is a reasonable possibility that the scope of this role will increase in the fall. Should that occur, compensation for this position would be reviewed and is anticipated to increase to approximately $100,000 - $120,000 annually, reflecting the additional responsibilities, operational oversight, fleet and team size, subject to the scale of expansion accepted.
