Green and Clean Home Solutions is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as residential window and eavestrough cleaners. Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior residential window and eavestrough cleaning as part of home maintenance and improvement projects.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our valued clients and their referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Follow safety protocols when using ladders and working at heights.
- Opportunity to learn residential painting during the winter months or transition into a sales/admin role (subject to availability).

Compensation:
- Team Members: Start at $20-23 per project hour, with automatic bonuses based on efficiency. After three months, you may qualify for a salary and benefits program.
- Mini Crew Leaders: Start at $27-30 per project hour, with automatic efficiency bonuses. After three months, you may transition to salary and benefits and potentially receive a company vehicle.
- Additional commission and bonus incentives available for top performance, customer service, referrals, and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred: Two years of professional contracting experience.
- Recommended: Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights).
- Comfortable working with ladders and at heights.
- Physically capable of carrying/moving ladders and heavy equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, detail-oriented attitude.
- A team player with a growth mindset.
- Crew Leaders: A full-time vehicle is required.
- Crew Members: A full-time vehicle is highly recommended.
This role involves leadership responsibilities and offers an opportunity to develop management skills. If you have access to a full-time vehicle, please mention it in your cover letter, as this may qualify you for a Crew Leader position automatically.
