This IS NOT a Traditional Retail Role
Rome Station is a digital-first luxury resale company with a private, appointment-only showroom. We serve scheduled VIP clients rather than walk-in traffic.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow in the high-end luxury space beyond traditional retail.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and convert high-value client inquiries from both in-store appointments and online channels
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide tailored recommendations as a Hermès expert
- Prepare for and host FaceTime and in-store appointments
- Create daily content, including photos and videos, for product showcasing and social media
- Outreach & follow up with clients by phone, text, WhatsApp, and email
- Support e-commerce operations and inventory intake

- Strong client relationships and repeat business
- Ability to confidently handle high-ticket transactions
- Consistent outreach and proactive client follow-up
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive working independently in a quiet, clienteling-driven environment rather than a high foot-traffic setting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, luxury, or e-commerce roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished personal presentation aligned with luxury standards
- Confidence in front of the camera
- Strong sense of style and a passion for fashion and luxury
- Mandarin proficiency is an asset
