We are currently hiring Scaffolders for upcoming work at our COOP and KSPC union sites in the Regina area. We are seeking safety-focused, reliable individuals to join our team for an industrial construction project.
Position Details
- Union site (COOP & KSPC)
- Local Regina-area candidates only.
- No LOA or travel subsidy provided for COOP.
- Shift schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts.
- Expected project duration: 2–4 weeks.
- Tentative start date: ASAP.
Positions Available & Rates
- 8 Journeyman Scaffolders: $46.61/hour
- 3–4 Fourth-Year Apprentice Scaffolders: $42.13/hour
- 3 Third-Year Apprentice Scaffolders: $37.45/hour
- 3 Second-Year Apprentice Scaffolders: $32.77/hour
Successful candidates must become union members as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems safely and efficiently.
- Provide safe access solutions for trades and site personnel.
- Load, unload, and organize scaffold materials and equipment.
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures, company policies, and union requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team in industrial construction environments.
- Assist with scaffold planning, layout, and material requirements as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Journeyman or apprentice scaffolding experience required.
- Ability to safely work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- CSTS/SCOT certification required.
- R&R certification required.
- Fall Protection certification required.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from site.
- Must be local to the Regina area.
- Must successfully pass pre-access Alcohol & Drug Testing prior to mobilization.
Working Conditions
- Industrial construction environment.
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, climbing, and working at heights.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times.
