As we continue to grow across Canada, we're looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is not a traditional sales position.
At JAS, we believe our existing clients deserve the same level of attention and care as our new clients. Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in ensuring every customer continues to see value from our platform long after implementation.
Your mission is to build trusted relationships with our clients, ensure they are successful, proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience, and become a strategic advisor throughout their journey with JAS.

Key Responsibilities
As our Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of insurance brokerage clients across Canada.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
- Become the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular customer touchpoints to ensure clients remain engaged and satisfied.
- Lead JAS360 Business Reviews, where you'll:
- Review each client's environment and usage.
- Demonstrate new features and product enhancements.
- Discuss upcoming releases and best practices.
- Identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure clients are maximizing the value of the JAS platform.
- Coordinate with our Support, Operations, Development, and Sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Deliver product demonstrations, refresher training sessions, and feature reviews.
- Proactively identify potential concerns and resolve them before they become issues.
- Build relationships with brokerage owners, managers, and executive leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to expand the client's use of JAS products and services when appropriate.

QualificationsRequired
- Fully bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or Relationship Management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client offices throughout Quebec and Ontario.
Assets
- Experience in SaaS or technology.
- Experience in telecommunications.
- Experience working with insurance brokerages.
- Experience delivering presentations or software demonstrations.

Pay: $44,758.55-$112,150.47 per year
