This is a busy, fast-paced role with a lot of variety throughout the day. You will often be the first person our customers speak with, whether by phone, email or when visiting our showroom, while also assisting with invoicing, QuickBooks, customer follow-up, scheduling and general administration.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a good memory, learns quickly and can comfortably keep track of several things happening at once.

- Providing general administrative support to management and other departments
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of both Voyageur Door & Window & MPD Glass & Vinyl Graphics.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative or office experience
- A genuinely friendly and professional manner, both in person and on the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
- Dependable, self-motivated and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
- Someone interested in becoming a stable, long-term member of our team
The Right Person

There is variety in this position, and no two days are exactly the same. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys being busy, likes learning new things and takes satisfaction in keeping things organized.
Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting efficient office operations. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will make a meaningful difference every day!
