Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- Construct and install structures such as siding, formwork, and framing using hand tools and power tools
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail
- Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, lifting, or material transport purposes
- Engage in welding activities when required for structural integrity or repairs
- Assist in the installation of siding, framing, or other building components according to project specifications
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper ergonomics and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with skills in carpentry, concrete finishing, or restoration preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and woodworking skills
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with siding installation or structural restoration is a plus
