ETAC Power is a Canadian supplier of power generation and electrical distribution equipment serving customers across North America. Our product portfolio includes diesel generators, natural gas generators, transformers, switchgear, gas turbine systems, and customized power solutions for industrial, commercial, utility, and infrastructure applications.
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office & Operations Administrator to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, coordinating daily activities, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
· Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
· Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
· Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules as needed.
· Assist with purchasing and operational coordination.
· Support order processing and communicate with suppliers and customers.
· Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and other basic accounting tasks.
· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
· Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
· Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a similar role.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an asset.
· Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an asset.
· Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willing to take on a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic, growing business.
