Summary
As a Baker in a wholesale Bakery, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling to create delicious baked goods. Your experience in the kitchen and the food industry will be essential in producing high-quality products. Additionally, your premium skills in cake decorating and relevant skill in packaging will enhance our offerings. Expect heavy lifting as part of the job requirements, along with a focus on baking. Job Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Set ovens to required temperatures and times (found on weekly Production Schedule) for each product.
2. Ensure staging of dough is done properly to ensure product quality.
3. Notify the Supervisor or Maintenance in case of any machine malfunction.
4. Perform quality checks in accordance with company policy.
5. Adjust oven temperature and time to produce properly baked product.
6. Document and report all downtime and / or product issues.
7. Maintain a clean workspace. Clean up crumbs, dough, and any spills that occurr during your shift.
8. Direct production associates and dumpers when to go for break.
9. Dispose of any waste in accordance with company recycling.
10. Adhere to all policies, procedures and programs of the company (GMP, Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety etc) at all times.
11. Other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
