KP Cleaning is seeking a reliable and professional Strata Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential strata properties in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in building operations and resident relations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned strata properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor work
- Conduct regular building inspections and report deficiencies
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with strata bylaws, safety regulations, and company standards
- Manage service schedules including cleaning and caretaking staff
- Maintain records, logs, and incident reports
- Assist with budgeting, supply management, and cost control
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in strata or property management preferred
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of building systems and basic maintenance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with the BC Strata Property Act is an asset
